The recording sessions for the album began in Jan 2009, right after filming from the first season of Sonny With a Chance. Music video
The music video for "Here We Become Again" was directed by Brendan Malloy and Tim Wheeler, both of whom directed Lovato's video for their earlier single "La La Land" (2008).
